We are looking for a competent Recruitment Consultant for our client who specialise in Eduction.

You’ll attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions. Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties as well.

Recruitment consultants have the skills of salespeople and headhunters. They possess sound judgement and communication aptitude. If you also have strong ethics and a collaborative spirit, we want to meet you.

Who are we looking for?

If you are an experienced Education Consultant seeking a new challenge, or a recruitment consultant who has worked in another area of the recruitment industry, then this would be a fantastic opportunity to develop your skill set by focusing on high calibre permanent placements.

You will source the best Qualified Teaching Professionals for permanent/temp roles in your client schools through networking, advertising, headhunting and attendance to job fairs. You will also demonstrate a tenacious attitude as you market these candidates, organise interviews and negotiate fees for your services. Impeccable time management and organisation skills are essential as you prioritise your work load in a fast paced environment. The successful consultant will be target driven and have the ability to manage existing schools whilst developing new business.

Skills and Experience:
Excellent & articulate communicator; both written and verbal

Experience of direct sales or recruitment

A genuine interest in education

Persistent, persuasive, positive

Well-presented, charismatic and enthusiastic personality

A self-starter who enjoys the challenge of a demanding and varied work flow

Sound judgement
