Service Manager for Adolescent Young People - West London, London
Metrocare seeks an experienced and capable manager for it's clients care home for young people in South West London . As Manager, you will be capable of establishing a warm, supportive and therapeutic environment, which will enable young persons to grow in confidence, to gain greater understanding of themselves and others, and to reach out to the wider world with the ability to achieve legitimate fulfilment.
Your primary concern will be for the best outcome for each resident; allied to this will be your commitment to the professional competence, development and wellbeing of your staff and to constructive communication within our client and with Commissioners, Inspectors and other agencies.
Your role will embrace all aspects of project management. You will need to ensure that all the registration requirements are met as well as upholding the principles and reputation of the Organisation.
