REGISTERED NURSE - 30 hours per week (Part Time)

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will be an RGN or RMN with an interest in working with our client group and in particular learners with a learning disability.

As part of the nursing team, you will have responsibility for the delivery of high standards of nursing care to all of our learners in the College community. A key focus of this role, will be supporting our learners in their transition to independence and health promotion.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will liaise with external agencies in support of the continuing assessment and planning of care for our foundation learners. A credible practitioner and confi dent communicator, you will exercise your professional judgment to ensure the continued health and well being of our learners as a clinical lead.

You will have experience of working as part of multi disciplinary team preferably within a relevant primary care environment.
